Fantastic Four Relay Triumph in New Delhi
Exciting news from Club Nambucca! The club proudly supported Lexie in her fundraising efforts and is overjoyed by the outstanding results achieved at the Works Paralympics. The super team comprising Nathan Jason, Lexie Brown, Akeesha Snowden, and Luke Bailey made history in New Delhi by slashing a remarkable 3.45 seconds off the Australian Record in the Universal 4x100m Relay, clocking an impressive 48.96 seconds for a well-deserved third place finish.
This extraordinary achievement not only secured a podium spot for the Aussies but also marked a spectacular close to the penultimate day of the 2025 World Para Athletics Championships. The entire Club Nambucca community is bursting with pride for these remarkable athletes and their outstanding performance on the global stage.
